Osman Gürsoy, whose interest in antiquities dates back to his childhood years, is currently an antiquarian in Çukurcuma and he owns an art house and an antique store in Horhor.

Gürsoy, who selects the Antiques in his stores one by one during his trips abroad, buys mainly European-based pieces.

Gürsoy, who does not neglect to go to antique fairs in France, the Netherlands and Belgium, favours classical furnishing of houses. Gürsoy, who expressed that he finds modern furnished houses soulless, also says that antiques are not very expensive.

Gürsoy explains that the person who has an interest in antiques can meet their interest in antiques even with an old iron or stove.

"Antiquity is a passion I've had since I was a child. I first started collecting money and stamps when I was a kid. I've been doing this for 18 to 19 years."
